I don’t know who I am anymore! Haha. My husband came home with a couple boxes (Samoa and S’mores) and I did not take one, not even a bite. Pretty proud of myself. I’m all about “treat yo self” but sweets are such a huge kryptonite to me that I can’t eat just one.

Well, there you have it. The best fitness equipment and apparel for a Fit Woman! I don’t have a gym membership, but I use a home gym my husband built me with home gym equipment. It’s the only way I can get any type of fitness in while caring for our special needs son, schooling, and therapies. I have a concept rower and I generally walk or jog for cardio!
