Hey there friends! Happy Wednesday. I wanted to share with you all my favorite spaghetti squash recipe and how simple it is. If you’re like me, you love simple recipes.. why? Because cooking is definitely not a forte of mine!

Supplies Needed

  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Spoon (for the seeds)
  • Cookie sheet (to bake with)

How to Cook Spaghetti Squash

First things first, pick out your spaghetti squash. I usually like to grab the smaller ones because they’re easier to cut. One time I got one that was massive and I had a lot of difficulty getting it cut. Don’t make that mistake.

Preheat the oven to 400.

Next, chop that bad boy in half. Easy right?

Once you’ve chopped the spaghetti squash length wise in half, take some olive oil and drizzle it on there.

Now you’re going to want to sprinkle salt and pepper on the two halves. My secret weapon is adding Italian seasoning on it as well. I just love how it tastes when it bakes with the seasoning.
