The New Year has always been a time for people to work on becoming the best version of themselves. You can chose many different ways to be better! It doesn’t have to only be quitting smoking or losing weight, it can be so much more!
Not sure on how to go about New Years Resolutions or how to keep up with them, check out my simple tips for keeping up with New Years Resolutions. This year my goal is to start working out again. We’ve had a lot going on in our lives and I have unintentionally put my health on the back burner.
My New Years Resolutions for 2020:
New Years Health Goals
I’ve been contemplating signing up for the snap fitness down the road that is right next to our son’s Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy office. Instead of working on the computer, work on my fitness! He’s back there for about an hour and a half so it’s totally reachable.
Start taking our little one on walks throughout the day, he loves it and often falls asleep while I’m out and about.
I really want to get into competing again with weightlifting / power lifting, might enroll in weightlifting club that is once a week.
New Years Blog Goals
I have a couple small goals for my blog this year. Pinterest has been one of the biggest traffic referrals for my blog in 2019. For 2020, I want to focus on my SEO and increase my organic traffic.
My last small goal for my blog this year is to reach MediaVine level by the end of the year. I am almost at 10,000 page views for the month, and have only began taking blogging seriously in April 2019.
