Hi there, I’m Jennifer
Welcome to Failure to Thrive No More!
Failure to Thrive No More is a place for moms looking to find a Side Hustle, special needs parenting tips, and how to turn your blog into a business.
I began my blogging journey back in 2018 when I was a stay-at-home mom. I had to quit working full-time to take care of our special needs child, Jaxson, because he wasn’t thriving.
However, I didn’t take my blogging seriously until January 2019 after speaking with a successful blogger.
I wasn’t aware that you could make an income with blogging through affiliate marketing, sponsored posts, and more.
This was definitely right up my alley, I wanted to help bring in money to pay off student debt but also be home to take care of our little one and be there to get our oldest on and off the bus.
In February 2019 I tried to work from home with a call center but couldn’t commit due to caring for our special needs child. Soon I opened up an Etsy shop and shortly after, started my Virtual Assistant career.
I became a Mompreneur
I started using Failure to Thrive No More to share my knowledge of Pinterest, Starting a Mom Blog, and Work at Home opportunities to help other mamas.
I was once that clueless mom trying to figure out where to start when it came to launching a blog, let alone a business. I’ve been there mama! I know it can be a little intimidating but you’ve got this mama.

A little more about me
I have been able to work from home and make my own hours with the help of my Virtual Assistant career and Mommy blog. My ultimate goal is to be able to make enough so that my Active Duty husband can stay home or work part time when he retires.
You can usually find me shuffling my boys to and fro Occupational, Play, Speech, and Physical Therapy. As you can see my days are pretty full taking care of my kids and household obligations.
Don’t get me wrong, working from home can be difficult – it is not all cupcakes and rainbows.
But if you really want something you will make it work. I want to be able to continue to be my son’s caregiver and also help pay off my school debt.
What you can expect on Failure to Thrive No More
As a mother to a special needs little boy, I am completely transparent and share my experiences and tips of special needs parenting. My hope is to shed some light and information to mamas who are new to special needs parenting.
I also write about my experiences with postpartum recovery and pregnancy – anything from the must have products or the best gifts to give an expectant mother.
Whether you’re a seasoned mama, mom to be, or aspiring work at home mom, my blog is for you!
