This has been one of my favorite “healthy” recipes for breakfast. It is so filling, it’ll keep you full and happy until lunch time!
I use to put 1/2 scoop of protein powder in my “proats” but now that I’m not working I can’t justify spending all of that money on a tub of protein. There are many different ways to get protein that is not found in a tub!
To do them or not to do them, that is the question!
As the year comes to a close many people, myself included, preach about how they will resolute to change something in their life. A resolution can be to end a toxic relationship, stop your pizza addiction, or start working out! Whatever it may be you can resolute to change anything and everything.

I can’t believe it is January 1st, 2019. It’s time for the New Year, New Me resolutions. If you’re anything like me you make goals and never fall through. I’m notorious for that. Ask my husband, he refuses to spend money on eating healthier/diet because I did Paleo for like one month.
