Good morning friends! How is everyone’s week going? Mine? Pretty busy, I’m currently taking my last two classes at Ultimate Medical Academy is boy is it a lot of work. It’s like they saved the hardest two classes for last!
Good morning friends! How are you all doing with your goals? Are you crushing them? Are you struggling? So far, I’m doing great. I’m still tracking my food intake via MyFitnessPal and eating healthier. I’m getting nervous with the weekend approaching. Generally we go out a lot but I am not going to fail, I’ll keep making healthier choices whether it’s a chicken salad and eating small portion sizes.
I’m falling a bit behind on this January Challenge. Classes have resume this past Monday and it’s hard to juggle classwork, blogging, Jaxson’s therapies, and day to day tasks. I am suppose to share with you my favorite soup recipes. I have a few! I’m the only one in the house who likes soup so I don’t make it a lot…
A holiday wouldn’t be complete with out some amazing holiday recipes. Over the years I’ve tried many different types of holiday dishes, desserts, sides… you name it, I’ve tried it. I’m a foodie! When I think back over the course of thirty years, my mom’s pumpkin chocolate chip cookies come to mind (I mentioned them in Day 6).
