I have been nominated for The Disability Award by Suzanne from FibroMomBlog. I am flattered and love that there is now an Award to Bloggers who blog about Special Needs, Chronic Illness, and Mental Health, for recognition! The main reason we have these blogs is to reach others going through what we are going through and to raise awareness! It is not easy being transparent!
I met Jessica, the Co-Host, on Instagram many months ago with our love for health and fitness. She’s an amazing mother to a young boy, passionate about fitness, and passionate about helping families with Sensory Processing Disorder. She’s an Occupational Therapist along with The Sensory Project host, Rachel, and with their combined credentials they give out advice and hope to families newly diagnosed.

This little boy definitely keeps us on our toes! Yesterday morning I turned our bedroom light on to wake JJ up and get him ready for school. That is when I noticed blood on my pillow–I freaked. I quickly got JJ dressed and went to check Jaxson in the living room. He had some dry blood caked on his ear.
